[she'll direct his attention to the ladder... the long, long ladder that they'll have to climb to get out of there.]

[ Isn't the point of magic to make this kind of thing redundant? At least...halfway? ]

Buuuut learning new magic from another world is always tricky.

But all right, I'll see what I can do. Do you remember how we tried to follow the tunnels aboveground, Morgan?

Yes, of course I remember! It was really rude of Haven to leave us going wayyyy slower than Sebastian and Charles.

I mentioned it in passing to Precis and she helped look into it for-- for science, I suppose.

[ pause, for great dramatic effect. ]

And she found something in the tunnel!

[Well, that dramatic effect sure is working....she's hanging on his every word.]
